xSellco's eDesk, the world's leading e-commerce help-desk, faced the challenge of an inconsistent brand identity and messaging as it navigated the rapid expansion of online retail during the pandemic.
SOLUTION
I came on board as freelance Creative Director for 6 months. As campaigns were needed immediately we did not have the time for a full rebrand so I decided to focus on refining the current brand.
I focused on consistency, leaning into the established colours. Creating an image treatment style that allowed for more depth and playfulness across our communications.
I also created a library of assets and a system that could be used by the whole team, assisted with copywriting and overall campaign messaging as well as working on the user journey on their website.
I also created a document to assist them in asking the right questions in their upcoming rebrand.
